Hmm...
I think Panty would probably transform to a hot-rod of some sort, all flashy and expensive, with a really loud engine and some kind of rocket booster.
And Stocking... well, since she looks a little like Starscream, I'm gonna vote that she'd transform into a jet of some type, like a stealth bomber or similar aerial vehicle, with tons of skulls and stuff on the hull.
