This is a being cloaked in a bloodred caplet. they have golden accessories including a shining golding crown. They seem to rule over a kingdom of gold, or perhaps they rule over the very eye in their head. I wanted to make some kind of eye creature. a lot of the details were just random additions in order to make the character more dynamic and interesting to look at.
