(Saiki Kusuo) from the japanese anime 'The Disastrous Life of Saki K.' not one of my best skins ive made but i thought eh, i might as well just make something. this guy also has many psychic powers an has to wear special antennae on his head to keep them from getting out of control. i recommend you watch it, its on Netflix (btw not sponsored just saying its a good show and that u might like it) ok thats all for now, see ya
