If you haven't seen Samurai Jack, first of all, shame on you, and second of all, this is one of the aliens that Jack encounters and goes out in a full on bar fight with in Season 1 episode 2 of Samurai Jack, the very nostalgic show that most 90's kids grew up watching. Haven't seen a skin of this guy so I made him myself. Below is the image of reference.
