Say'ri, Yen'fay's sister from Fire Emblem Awakening.
On a more important note, does anyone know where I can find a good skin converter? I'm planning on using this skin for a mod, but the mod is 1.7.10, and I can only find 1.8+ skin makers. I personally use minecraftskins.com, and it's really good, but the fact that I can't choose to make a 64x32 skin is a bit annoying. If you have one (that isn't MS Paint, mind you), please let me know in the comments and I will give you my feedback as soon as I can.
