This the main character from the game Far Cry: New Dawn
-I must say this skin was kinda hard to make cuase i need to looks reference pictures and i guess this one works and yes if you asking why no face will is becuase i dont know his eyes colors...

Info: The Security Captain is the main protagonist of Far Cry New Dawn. Like The Junior Deputy, their gender and appearance are fully customizable. They can also interact with most gear and vehicles in the game and can even craft their own.
Powers: After eating an apple from the Sacred Tree he becomes a super human with super powers such as: Double Jump, Stranght (But when he is pissed or angry), Speed (Same as stranght)
