Seizure Man is a villain who comes from a long line of epileptics. Because there have been so many epileptics in his family, when he was born he was the next evolution of epileptics. Around 10 years of age Seizure Man's skin started flashing different colors he realized that he could make his skin flash different colors at will. When Seizure Man's skin started flashing colors anyone who saw it whether they were epileptic or not started seizureing until Seizure Man stopped flashing his skin. At age 20 Seizure realized he could cause certain parts of his body to flash and not other parts, example: Seizure could only make his hand flash if he wanted to but not anything else. At age 25 Seizure Man resorted to a life of crime and it has been that way ever sense.
