I agree with hats. Try a bit higher contrast in your shading. I always find it useful to make a palette. Also try to use hue shifting (red gets yellower as it gets lighter and more purplish as it gets darker) the soup has a good blog on hue shifting.

The shades you picked are kind of washed-out. Take higher-contrast shades if you are to detail your skin well.

i think its pretty good. what i would do though is look at some really good skins and try to dplicate the shading.
