Soundwave is the Decepticon communications officer, known for being cold, calculating and emotionless. Shattered Glass is a comic series by IDW. it depicts a separate reality in which the alignment of all the characters is swapped. Soundwave, while still stern and calculative, is now energetic and helpful. This is reflected into his new color scheme of white, light blue and lime green rather than the dark blue and silver.
