"Yes, Eren."
"Grandma can I at least hear a bedstory?"
"Hmm, I am not sure your mom would like that."

"This is a story from my childhood."
"Oh not this kind of story again."
"Hush now child. Hmm, ah yes. I remember, it was in 1750 when I was a young girl."
"You used to be young?!"
"Yes I did used to be young Eren. I remember the night like it was yesterday. You see our rice village was just starting out but there were rumors of gold beneath our lands. So many came far and wide in attempt to find it. Some were kind yet most were cruel and disrespectful, thieves even."
"Wow I didn't know that!"
"You don't know many things young Eren."
"Hey!"
"Sorry. Where was I..."
"Mean thieves?"
"Oh yes, so my parents had trouble keeping them away from our plantation. They believed we were hiding gold beneath our paddies."
"So what did your dad do?"
"Well he couldn't do anything to stop. He just hoped they stayed away and warned ones who came close to our land. It was ours by right, the daimyo gifted it to us."
"Whats a dameyoh?"
"It's pronounced daim-yo. A man who controlled the land basically. And these visitors were disrespecting us. One day while we were pulling rice we were attacked by a band of bandits. They attempted to take our land but were stopped."
"Oooh! By what grandma?"
"By the Shogun of Shibuya."
"The Shogun of Shi-whatta?"
"The Shogun of Shibuya Eren. He was a samurai warrior appointed by the daimyo to protect the people and the land. He protected us and defended us from the attackers."
"What did he look like?"
"Well we didn't see most of his face as he was moving quite fast, but I recall the colors black and red."
"Wow!"
"Haha and that's it Eren. After he saved us he silently bowed and walked into the neighboring jungle."
"Wow he sounds awesome!"
"He was Eren, indeed he was. Anyways it's time to sleep honey, I am afraid you are excited and won't sleep now."
"No I will grandma goodnight!"
"Goodnight my dear."

*Grandma walks out of the room and silently closes the door*

"Hey Shikaru, I was just telling Eren about your previous job."
"Oh that old samurai job?"
"Yes! You were quite the man back then."
