Not finished, but at least it's something.
I just wanted to design something to contradict the Mobs! skins made for Bedrock Edition. In my opinion, their shulker skin seemed rushed. Takes one to know one.
Also, Did you know that shulkers can be spawned with any colour shell, as long as it's the colour of a shulker box?
/summon Shulker [position] {Color:[0:16]} (0 is white,16 is the colour of generated shulkers)
I will be adding the other colours to this post sometime in the future (well, you could likely do so, yourself. What're you waiting for?)

Design and reasons
Pale skin - Shulker head (obviously)
Hoodie (overlay) - Shell - zip parallels shell opening. Also looks ominous, as a new player might see a shulker.
Leggings? Trousers? - Originally white to represent shulker head, but darkened to distinguish from the top (underneath hoodie.)
Hair colour - Placeholder.
Hair ...shape - Just nicer to look at than a flat front.
Pattern on hood - Represents (what I assume to be) spikes on the shulker shell.
top (Alpha layer) - Represents shulker's head. The strip is supposed to be near the centre of the chest, not the waist.
Females are easy to design.
