I made the Shy Guy on stilts. If you can't tell, the blue things are the shoes, and the red on top are the arms, holding the stilts. The stilts are standing on the orange-y werd kinda plant stuff World 1 is known for. Also there is a pretty sky under the Shy Guy.
Colors were supposed to be similar to this, but way less saturated:
