After the captain revealed her gender to the crew they turned on her. Threw her into the sea and left her to drown. As she touched down on the bottom of the sea, she transformed. Gills split her neck, scales coated her legs, and the muddy darkness began to clear. She looked around and realised the stories of sirens were true. She would follow them and take revenge on her late crew.
