If you've played Skyrim, you'll most likely know who this guy is, regardless if you've played the civil war story yet (you meet him in Helgen at the start of the game). The skin has it's flaws, as usual, but I'm quite pleased with him. The gauntlets are based on the ones you can get with a few mods (pc only). I also have a version with Tullius wearing a helmet, but he looks kinda crappy. Just ask in the comments if you want him or not.
UPDATE: Attemted to fix black head issue, corrected typo in tags, reduced progress due to bug.
