When I saw this in the PMC skin previewer, I FLIPPED OUT because I thought it looked really good. I don't normally do these skins often, so i need feedback on how it looks xD

Also yes, the smog could use some work xD

Whoa, looks bamf, could you do in a Hex CC00FF and similar colors, so it'd look like it was made of elixir? That skin would look sick like that.

I love the darker underneath the hat layer. It gives the "sludge" a 3D effect. Nice idea!
