This is a skin of Snow White, from the original Disney movie. it is for Nice's unofficial skin tournament, round 3. The theme is Fairy Tale characters. I had to laugh because I realized that one of my opponents also decided to make a character from Snow White. So if you have a friend and want to have matching outfits you're set :)
