Or at least, that's what Vought wants you to think. In reality, Soldier Boy was a reckless, arrogant, and misogynistic veteran who was the leader of the idiotic team known as Payback, before being mysteriously taken by the Russians. Essentially, he is the douchebag version of Captain America.
