That's actually supposed to be the back of the head's underside.

This is a skin from before a major change flipped all 'underside'
textures. I haven't gotten around to fixing mine yet since then, been
too busy with other things.

Didn't even notice. They just show up black in-game anyway, but I'll go add 'em in as black for kicks. Thanks for telling me.
