Plot: A combination or chemical bond of the remaining Venom cells in Peter's body and Mister Negative's White Energy cells. The suit manifested, following the joint effort by both Miles Morales and Martin Li, giving Spider-Man a way to take on symbiotes permanently. He would even wield it against Venom himself, doing significant damage to the alien several times before being able to finally purge the symbiote off of Harry Osborn. After the main story, Peter keeps this suit, using its powers to fight against normal criminals.
