"What's a star?"
"Can you touch it?"
"Can you eat it?"
"Can you kill it?"
"..."
"Are you a star?"

"..."
"Are you a star?"
Quick little story I decided to add.
There was a room, with a large glass window on one wall, a telescope, and an ocean view. There was one more thing: a girl. She sat by the telescope, looking at the ocean. No stars ever came.
The telescope said "for looking at stars". That was the only reason she knew that "stars" exist.
"What's a star?" She often asked. She would look st the telescope, wondering what exactly what it was that it should be looking at.
"Am I a star?"
"..."
She played around with her scarf.
"Is this a star?"
Nobody ever came to the beach. She could break the window, if she wanted, but there was a strange thing about the room that she liked.
She wasn't even talking to anybody, but she blurted:
"Will you tell me what a star is?"
