Hmm 3D preview seems bugged it looks like I left a pixel blank yet I checked on the image editor I use and it's filled in.

That's definitely Cyberpunk, too technologically advanced to be steampunk. Read up on them here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk

And take the eye thing off and make it goggles
You know what nevermind I'll just upload it as a normal skin and do a different one for the contest similar to it.

Do not confuse steampuck with cyberpunk, they have similar creative thematics, but are different style languages, and cyborgs are definitely cyberpunk.
