One thing I don't like about is i think the eyes are too high up

~Timeline~

In 2116 they developed new technology that allowed humans to gain better eyesight, agility, durability and strength. This new tech was called bio-enhancement, many people volunteered to get modified with it. Steven however did not, he was severely damaged by a thug with bio-enhancements, he then was repaired with this tech in 2121. He gained the new experimental bio-enhancement gear, this had better eyesight and was more agile, durable and strong. The street thug then went and made a gang named "The world crushers" They all had bio-enhancements. Steven was the only one that had the upgraded bio-enhancements, he was the only one that could stop The World Crushers from taking over Cyber City...
