Sting Chameleon from Megaman X. I really like how this one turned out, especially that hat allowing me to add his little horn and whatever you want to call those on his head.

So he does. The picture I used only showed the one side. I'll try fixing that in a bit. Shouldn't be too hard, I'll just make the area around the eye a light grey.
