The red spots are the chicken pox, I guess...
My imagination says:
Okay, his name is "Elfie" and he's an elf from the kingdom Bioluminescent, one of three kingdoms at war. He was captured by another kingdom and they're trying to make him one of their soldiers but he only has three tries or, um, idk.... He failed once; now he only has two attempts remaining.
