'no afence' doesn't magically save people from offence, nor give you licence to put me down for creating things at my leisure
Now ideally, 'no offence' is used to express helpful things that may otherwise be taken as hurtful, e.g. "no offence, but you may want to re-evaluate your shading method if you want to improve," might be reasonable to express to a growing skinner that's making skins in earnest
Of course, anyone can take offence to anything - but i'd like to think that it's reasonable to not take kindly to random callouts with no hint of irony nor anything constructive
Also, don't threaten people with frivolous reports. It's not intended as a punitive tool between users and you'll only waste someone else's time
