This is the guy from the Super Timor commercial. Super Timor is a bug spray from the Ivory Coast, and the commercial is from about 20 years ago, as you may be able to tell from the bad choreography, and the hairstyles.
I watched the commercial today, laughed, and decided to make a skin of the guy.
