The Hair is great, the body is great. You just need to shade the skin on the head. My method is to shade the head in skin tone before I put any hair on. I tend to shade the corners off the head and around the nose. After that you can do the hair and do any further shading after that.

Thanks for the tip i'm gonna try doing that for my next skin, i'm new to shading and didn't really know how to shade the skin's skin.
