it reminds me more of this skin

One thing I don't like is how the shadows are not congruent with the highlights(specially on the sweater). Something you should take note of.

Yes. Your shadows don't match with your highlights. Where there is a shadow, there is a highlight—That's not the case with this. So, for example, on the darkest shadow, along it would be the brightest highlight.

I'll try to apply this as much as possible. It is hard to do this without the skin looking over detailed and messy because of how little pixels we are confined to.
