This skin is can be used in any Minecraft version just fine, still looks good, but in my opinion, 1.8+ looks a bit better.
You can use it on LoTC, but be warned that others can use it as well. Note that you may or may not have a twin in the server.
If you do want a skin, you can send me a private request here, on the LoTC's forums.

I basically used the same face as the Satyr skin.
