He looks a bit dirty. Isn't it supposed to be a bit brighter, the character I mean? I would make the colors brighter, for one. I would also suggest not using noise as a means of adding shade to your skins. It makes them look messy sometimes. But anyways, just keep practicing, man! You'll only get better!
