I decided to make a skin based off of my Halloween costume for this year. A mermaid that's not quite yet a mermaid..... still changing.

I was thinking of making a girl with overalls. She could be kind of like a casual school girl. or maybe i'll make the classic private school girl look. pokemon is a cool idea too.
