I figured I would upload this now. I have had this rotting on my PC for some time now, and it clearly is not complete, but there is enough there to have him recognized as Matt Smith (if probbed).

Stupid joke aside, it's a massive WIP. I haven't been feeling MC as of late, so I haven't really done any skinning.
As I'm sure you know, I'm just now getting back into my MC stuff, so after I make a skin for the competition, I'll finish this skin.
