This is The Joker from the infamous Frank Miller comic, turned animated movie, The Dark Knight Returns. This version of the Clown Prince of Crime goes from catatonic to the definition of chaos, killing anyone and everyone just to get to Batman! By the end, >>Spoilers<< he even kills himself in a way that makes it look as if Batman did it.
Despite being voiced by one of my favourite actors (Michael Emerson), this Joker is personally one of my least favourite just because of how creepy and evil he gets. More stab-stab funny than ha-ha. A dark story with a very dark Joker!
