Meet Project 246. A young woman by the name of Wilma Morris who volunteered her body to create an enhanced human cyborg. Half her hair is shaved upon where they performed sugery on her head to install the computer chip which would now control her brain for good. Shutting out the original mind and turning her into another controlled robot. 246 is programmed as what they call a "Reaper" or "Exterminator" due to the fact her brethern and her are the assasins of the country. Performing missions where they locate suspected terrorists or threats to the higher men and women of the government and kill them. Once they have been coded their targets, there is little chance that the victim will come out alive. Which is where 246 is branded as the "One who takes thy soul." 

Project 246 has a silver capsule strapped neatly upon her back. When this container is activated by her hand, it shifts into a deadly war axe made of a developed plasma so sharp, that by the single touch it will badly burn flesh leaving scars. It is an item illegal to be owned by any citizen of the country and can only be held by programmed reapers such as 246.

The fitted armor that covers her body is extremely flexible and light, but shields away any sort of plasma weapon that is used against her due to the metal material being fused with resistant technology. It makes her have only weakness when in close combat, or if you somehow out best her ninja-like skills and get a headshot.   


This is probably the most work I've ever done on a skin, and I hope it's good enough :')
