Shaders not working?

I'm Playing modded minecraft with my girlfriend and we both use Spookylementary_1.1.zip but for some reason for her it doesnt work but for me it works, the shader is supposed to make the game scarrier and my point is to make the game scarrier but without the shader it just seems harmless We are playing on Fabric 1.19.2 There are no errors when applying the shader but when applying nothing happens and it shows that its on
