It came from the water.. glowstone was so common and sea lantern wanted more attention and so he got it... Glowstone, redstone lamps, beacons ... there all in for it now. Because sea lantern has awokened from its lair.

Okay, cool. But the skin looks too bland. To make the composition look good as a whole, I could use the blue color at 20% opacity and use it were the black areas near the blue are to give it the illusion that it is glowing.
