This is my SP (SteamPunk) contest entry! It is not really my style and sort of out of my comfort zone, but it was fun to create! It is a little random ( I mean, Steampunk Ender-professor?), but I think I have a chance! =D

Here's the story:

Once upon a dreary laboratory, a lone professor, shuffled around in the gloom. He once was a powerful scientist, but now, he is just a lonely, man in an abandoned (well, not quite) lab. His workshop's tools and electricity were confiscated when he accidentally set off a nuclear explosion when he tried to make a hydro-nuclear piston arm.

One day the poorly professor was out collecting wood, as he broke the first log on the 3'3" stump, the second block on the stump suddenly disappeared! Behind it was the most massive beast Mr. McBucklen (the professor) had ever seen... It was pitch black, it was about 9 feet tall... It had a hideous gaping maw... And it softly moaned "Mr. McBucklen... I, the Great Enderman, will personally kill you...in your sle-uuunnngghhh!
Mr. McBucklen Gave the Enderking a hefty blow with his trusty Hyper-Nucleic Electro-Mace and down the mighty Enderking went... down to the deep depths of the nether...POP! Out came a surprisingly beautiful little object , which tumbled to the floor. Mr. McBucklen inspected the item thoroughly, It was an enderpearl, an immense power source of epic proportions! He embedded pieces of the rare material into his suit and gear ... It works! He is once again a powerful engineer! But with a new title, The Steampunk Ender -Professor!
