In this wateland, only three things matter: meat, fire and sanity.
50 years after the fallout the Northern hemisphere is covered in a think blanket of frozen ash. The Southern hemisphere is a baking desert, 70 degrees centigrade; the ice is the only chance of survival.
Scavengers roam the great super-continet of Sub-Pangea, formed int he aftermath of the bombings in 2067. Food, warmth, and water are all rare commodities on the frozen plains, and people are ready to kill kill for it. Well, those who need a reason to kill.
Humans are not the only things able to survive the icey apacolypse; bears, wolves, deer... and... other creatures live through the Winter. The being at hand is one of these things. It stalks the wasteland, tunneling under the frozen ground, or moving stealthily through the ash of the fallen world.
No one knows where it came from, or who's under the mask or even what it is, but one thing everyone knows: If you hear something go bump in the dark, run... because it's coming for you.
Hi, everyone, welcome to my submission for the Nuclear Winter skin contest, yay!
Basically I saw the banner for the contest and was, like, "Hey, I like apacolpytic skins" and opened up McSkin and made this really badass character. The problem was I didn't really have an idea for the story of lore of the character and, after a while thinking of boring, corny character descriptions of survivors and warlords, and then I thought of this: something even the warlords, sitting in their citadels on their piles of food and petrol, would be afraid of; a hunter who kills anything it sees; a monster in a human's body.

Oh, and please give me some feedback on the eyes. Should they be one strip like they are now or ywo speretae "Jawa eyes"? I can't really decide which I like more.

As for contructive criticism, I would like to seem more detail in the hat layer around the head, perhaps round the side od the head a bit, and maybe the edges of the visor thing. Just practice layering. Also, try to shade from a palette, and shade more in general, because many parts of this skin lack the dimension that shading can bring.
