Epic back-story:


"Not again" Steve thought as he plunged into the Void.

It was his second attempt to defeat the Ender-Dragon, and, like before, the beast had out-witted him. Just a few moments ago, he had been standing on the edge of an End island. In the blink of an eye, the dragon had swept him off his feet and into the Void.

Now, Steve was falling into the pitch blackness of this eerie realm, yet he was not afraid. "Any second now, I'll respawn in my bed back home," Steve thought, "Any second now....."

Suddenly, his fall came to a halt. Steve looked around. There was nothing except for a shining, miniscule dot far above him which was the End island he had fallen from. Panic filling his mind, Steve wondered what had gone wrong; why wasn't he respawning, what had stopped his fall, would he be trapped here forever?

Steve would not have to wait long for the answers, for a set of glowing white eyes had materialized out of the darkness.

"Steve, we have decided that you are worthy of respawn. But beware! If you change your ways and become greedy or wicked, the next time you die will be the last."

Before Steve could have a chance to open his mouth, a blue, swirling vortex appeared and consumed his vision.

Steve woke up in bed with his memories of the entity in the void erased
