About this skin...
A witch hunter isn't exactly a historical figure, surely there were people who hunted witches during the Medieval Period, but it wasn't a profession (for what concerns the Medieval Period). The classic witch hunter who comes to our mind is a fantasy/rpg character wearing a pilgrim hat. This hat wasn't used during the Middle Ages but during the 16th Century (think about Salem). During this period witch hunters existed, but the collection is about Middle Ages
"So, what are you trying to tell us?"
I'm trying to tell you that this skin isn't exactly historically accurate, but it's a mix between what we think a witch hunter may look like and the classic fantasy character.

He's got a crucifix to protect himself from evil forces, and he brings on his back the Malleus Maleficarum, a famous book that teaches how to recognize witches and things like that.
