The top layer is the enderman jacket, and underneath it is a TNT t-shirt.
Edit: I removed the enderman jacket since it looked pretty stupid, fixed some things with the legs, and made the headset a hat so you can take it on and off at will, hope you enjoy!
Edit 2: Moved the bracelet up a notch and made it part of the outside layer of the skin. I also fixed a problem with the jeans, it was hard to see, but I needed to fix it.
