This is a skin of Toa Lewa Mata from LEGO's discontinued theme, Bionicle

Lewa was the lighthearted and witty Toa Mata of Air, part of the team tasked with awakening the Great Spirit Mata Nui. After being exposed to Energized Protodermis, he was transformed into the Toa Nuva of Air.

I love the skin, but I think maybe a Phantoka Toa would be more Above-the-Clouds-ey. Lewa usually stays in the jungle. You could make Lewa's Phantoka form.

Trying to start in chronilogical order so I just went with the Mata Lewa, he is still a Toa of air anyways :P Plus, he's from another planet so it could be from 'Above the Clouds' haha
