Hey guys! I made my new Tomoe skin! I was comparing this to my older Tomoe skin (Tomoe: Blue), and I realized that they are almost the exact same besides the skirt, the hair in the front, the cravat, and the veil on the top right. Oh , and the colour. Lol, I guess I just like the style. :) I hope you like this skin, please criticize me in the comments and have a nice day!
