This character is based in an apocalyptic future but only a little after the apocalypse starts he is what is known as a Toxic Contamination Testing Federation Hasmat aka T.C.T.F.H part of the T.C.T.F a group of people run by the government to contain and test toxic chemicals ok now have a little teaser for what I'm working onWe thought it was a plaque, a simple virus that would spread, kill, then be cured we were oblivious ignorant, and wrong. This was no virus something much worse, something that couldn't be cured or prevented only thing we could do was hope that it would all go away.
