This balloon is Toy Bonnie the Bunny from FNAF World on the Thank You teaser at scottgames.com! I just felt the balloon need to make him look really... Boyish. Visible, dark eyebrows did the trick. The eyes are funny too because they aren't like normal and instead of making him look cute it makes him look really sarcastic. Which is sort of balloon how I imagine him.
Toy Bonnie: Yeah, and where are you going to get a bass player from?
Usagi: I'll train Toy Freddy! He sucks at singing anyway.
Toy Freddy: Hey!
Toy Bonnie: And do you know how to play the bass?
Usagi: *plays three notes really badly* :D
