How do you make a hat layer transparent? Cant find a skin editor with a tool for it.

You choose the color you want , and you change the opacity
you then go on the 2nd layer, aka the layer over the main layer and then you just go on from there

You have to do it in a different program like photoshop. I recommend searching on Google or YouTube for a tutorial.
