Yeah , i agree that you should make the hat layer around the whole head, but the new realistic shirt is nice, more realistic

on the hair u could have tried some on the other sides of the hat layer! But Nicely done ;D

the skin is nice but i think you should do the hair not only in front but on the sides and on the top too
