Yeah they really nailed the suit.

And honestly, I know he's becoming more villainous, and I'm sure this comment won't age well lol, but I don't actually find him that hateful yet.

After Captain America disappears, the U.S. Government wants a replacement, and one they can control, so they make a shield for John Walker, who turns out to be something of a zealot.

(Some of this is speculation about his role on the show based on who he is in the conics)
