This lost soul was killed at the hands of the English Empire on the hunt for worldwide pirates.
He made a pact with Davey Jones, if he gave his soul he would escape eternal torment in hell.
He sailed on the Jones's ship for many months and became more feared than the captain himself.
Jones' couldn't let this happen so he banished him to the depths, forever wandering, never reaching the shore, feared by all those who entered water.
