Underground Creatures

Though he may be dark and scary, he's a mpnster with a lovable side! I based him off a bigfoot creature I had in a dream once. I may not be the greatest skinner, but I have good ideas. This is the first contest skin, so I hope you like it. I know that scientificaly, if something lives underground, it's going to be albino; no skin pigment. This bigfoot-like animal is a carnivorous, hairy beast. He lives in deep caves where he stores meats for winter when he hibernates. He has a special chemical produced by his body that kills harmful bacteria found in any spoiled meats. The beast is also very shy in human contact. If startled, he will quickly hide in shrubs or trees. Villagers think of him as a kind beast, as even though he's a carnivore, he will not attack any livestock. He's a defender of the forest, and typically only eats the meat from wolves or wild sheep.


                                                                                                                       P.S.  The skin is not black, it's a dark brown. I'm sorry it's so simple, but when you think of living underground, you're not going to be bright and colorful.
